Profile

Our client is a well established water hygiene / Legionella company, working up and down the UK on a mixed range of sites. They are now looking to take on an experienced and diligent water hygiene engineer based in and around the Bromley area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry, undertaking showerhead descales, TMV servicing and temperature monitoring. Applications will be considered from the following locations: Croydon, Mitcham, Sutton, Orpington, Epsom, Swanley, Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Rainham, Dagenham, Barking, Ilford, Romford.

Experience & Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of the Water Hygiene industry and experience working within the industry, ideally as an engineer.
• Extensive experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

The Role

• Undertake routine temperature monitoring and water sampling.
• Carry out analysis on closed systems and chemical dosing.
• Ensure all works are carried out within ACOP L8 and relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Use information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
