Overview

Warranty Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Wirral. For your hard work as a Warranty Administrator our client is offering a salary of £30,000-£32,000 with an OTE of £34,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims for the company
• Use Kerridge DMS
• Ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
• Collaborate with colleagues, including training from current team members, to ensure seamless workflow
• Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively, without being overwhelmed

Requirements

• Have a previous working experience within a Warranty Administrator role
• Experience of DMS
• Strong Warranty Administration background, or have worked within service administration/workshop control
• Good organisational and communication skills
• An eye for detail
