Mulrines is a name that has stood the test of time a proud local employer with deep roots in the community. Due to continued growth at our Ballybofey site, we are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out, maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including goods-in, storage, stock control, order picking/packing, and despatch.

• Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team, ensuring clear communication of tasks and priorities.

• Manage team rotas, holiday scheduling, absence reporting, and performance management.

• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to drive efficiency and maintain accuracy across all stock movements.

• Ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet trucks, and scanners.

• Utilise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor stock levels and report on key metrics.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and liaise with relevant departments on discrepancies.

• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and compliance across the warehouse and despatch area.

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other site departments to ensure operational targets and customer commitments are achieved.

• About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong people management skills, with experience in rotas, holiday management, absence management, and performance management.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, including goods in/out and stock control.

• Forklift licence/certification desirable but not essential.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good I.T Skills.

• A hands-on leader with the ability to balance team supervision with practical warehouse duties as required.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

About the role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our busy Ballybofey warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead and support the warehouse team while ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and despatched safely, accurately, and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing people in a fast-paced environment.
