Aftercare Social Care Worker - Path to Independence

Daffodil Care Group is recruiting a part-time Social Care Worker for our Aftercare services in Gorey Town, Co. Wexford. You will support young adults aged 18-23 through individualized interventions within a 24/7 residential setting, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves lone working with a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnights. A Level 7 or Level 6 qualification in Social Care or related field is required.
