Strategic Director, Adult Social Care & Wellbeing

Elevate Projects Ltd, in partnership with a South West local authority, seeks a senior leader to head Adult Social Care. The Director will drive transformation across statutory services, safeguarding, and health system integration, with a focus on independence, wellbeing and resilience for residents.

You will shape policy, lead a regional programme of change, collaborate with NHS and voluntary sectors, and provide bold, compassionate leadership to deliver outcomes at scale across the district.
