Location: Southampton Salary: £37,000-£40,000 + Benefits Hours: Full-Time

Opportunity as a Warehouse Operations Manager

You'll be joining a busy warehouse and logistics operation where you'll help lead a team, improve performance and play a key role in the day to day running of the site.

This role would suit someone with 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational environment who wants real career development and the opportunity to grow into senior leadership.

You don't need to know everything already; attitude, drive and leadership potential are just as important as experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the day to day management of warehouse and logistics operations
• Leading, motivating and developing warehouse staff
• Managing stock movement, dispatch and operational workflows
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Helping improve efficiency, service levels and team performance
• Building strong working relationships across the business
• Supporting training and onboarding of team members
• Maintaining high health & safety standards
• Taking ownership of operational challenges and helping drive solutions

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of leadership, supervisory or team management experience
• Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or fast paced operational environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence managing different personalities and motivating teams
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
• High energy, ambition and a positive attitude
