Job Description

As the Warehouse Operations Director you will,

• Oversee all warehouse operations nationally to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics processes and warehouse performance.
• Lead and manage a team, building performance and accountability, to meet organisational objectives.
• As a key member of the SLT, align warehouse operations with business goals, supporting current and future business
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to across all operations.
• Drive effective systems use, to support operational dashboard and CI

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Operations Director should have:

• Proven leadership experience supporting a multi-site warehouse operation, ideally with a track record supporting food distribution
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies effectively
• Build engagement and performance through upskilling, and succession planning
• Ability to tactically support management teams, as well as contributing to the SLT

• Salary, circa £95,000 base + package
