HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking a Running Operative to join our client's industrial team.

The ideal candidate will have a Forklift License, however if the licence has expired the client will arrange for a refresher course for the right person.

As a Running Operative, you will be responsible for working within warehouse areas alongside production teams to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery to run products as per production schedule
• Handling heavy lifting tasks and moving materials within the warehouse
• Collaborating with production teams to meet production targets
• Always adhering to health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work various hours depending on production schedules
• Availability to work weekends as required

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Forklift license preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
• Previous experience in an industrial setting is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
