Work with the restaurant team to offer anunforgettableGAUCHOexperience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.

Be the face of GAUCHOanddemonstrateservice excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of serviceand standards.

Strengthen andmaintainproduct knowledgein order tohost tables and guide guests withmenu choices.

Support andassistthe management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.

Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.

Helpmaintaina clean and organised restaurant at all timesand follow all set-up andbreakdown procedures.
