Visual Arts Support Manager - Lead Grants & Policy

The Arts Council in Ireland is seeking a Visual Arts Support Manager to lead and support the Visual Arts Team, oversee funding programmes, and ensure funding is strategic, monitored, and optimized. The role reports to the Creative Arts Director and collaborates across cross organisational projects as part of MGAW strategy.

Ideal candidate has at least five years' experience, strong policy understanding, and excellent communication and leadership skills to drive development initiatives and
