Working as an emergency Vet Surgeon will expose you to an interesting range of cases that you simply won't see in general practice. As a Vet Surgeon at Vets Now Salisburyyou will benefit from the ongoing mentorship and there is a strong support network.

Working out-of-hours doesn't mean working all hours

In this part-time role you will work weeknights and weekend nights/days, plus a fair share of bank holidays.

The available shifts, on a rolling 4-week rota, include:

• Week 1: Sunday night shift 18:00-09:00
• Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday night shift 18:00-09:00 and Saturday day shift 12:00-18:30
• Week 3: Saturday day shift 12:00-18:30 and Sunday day shift 08:30 - 18:30
• Week 4: Monday and Tuesday night shift 18:00-09:00

In this role, typically there would be a 1:2 weekend commitment, therefore, how many of the available shifts to be worked in the rota can be discussed further. We will try to work around your lifestyle and clinic requirements.
