We're working with a well-established, purpose-built small animal hospital in Margate to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon. The Role

This is a varied position offering exposure to both medical and surgical cases. You'll play a key role in delivering high standards of clinical care, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

About You

We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident, adaptable, and enjoys working in a busy, team-driven environment.

You will:

  • Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered or eligible)
  • Have strong clinical decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Be comfortable balancing gold standard care with practical client considerations
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a collaborative and supportive team culture
