We're working with a well-established, purpose-built small animal hospital in Margate to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon. The RoleThis is a varied position offering exposure to both medical and surgical cases. You'll play a key role in delivering high standards of clinical care, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of small animal patients
- Carrying out routine and more advanced surgical procedures
- Delivering clear, compassionate client communication
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Supporting clinical excellence and continuous improvement
We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident, adaptable, and enjoys working in a busy, team-driven environment.
You will:
- Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered or eligible)
- Have strong clinical decision-making and problem solving skills
- Be comfortable balancing gold standard care with practical client considerations
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a collaborative and supportive team culture

Salary & Benefits- Competitive salary of £58,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
