Valuations Manager - High Wycombe

Full Time Up to £26,000 Basic - £42,000 OTE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer or Lister to join a highly successful and award-winning lettings team based in High Wycombe as Valuations Manager. This fast paced, client facing role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high compliance standards.

The Role

• Providing customers with realistic valuations on their investment properties
• Agreeing targets on new instructions to let
• Maintaining and adhering to fees as per company policy and conversion rate in line with targets
• Liaising with landlords and managing stock retention throughout the process
• Upselling products to existing and new landlords
• Prospecting for new business using company internal tools and systems
• Assisting in business generation to maximise branch opportunity

Experience Required

• Previous experience within residential lettings or sales in a valuers role
• Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a close knit team
• Knowledge of booking valuations, researching market data, and preparing comparable evidence
• Experience following up on valuations and historical data to maximise instruction opportunities
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Full driving licence
• Positive and professional attitude

Package

• £26,000 basic salary with an OTE of £42,000
• Car allowance
