Full Time Up to £26,000 Basic - £42,000 OTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer or Lister to join a highly successful and award-winning lettings team based in High Wycombe as Valuations Manager. This fast paced, client facing role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high compliance standards.
The Role- Providing customers with realistic valuations on their investment properties
- Agreeing targets on new instructions to let
- Maintaining and adhering to fees as per company policy and conversion rate in line with targets
- Liaising with landlords and managing stock retention throughout the process
- Upselling products to existing and new landlords
- Prospecting for new business using company internal tools and systems
- Assisting in business generation to maximise branch opportunity
- Previous experience within residential lettings or sales in a valuers role
- Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a close knit team
- Knowledge of booking valuations, researching market data, and preparing comparable evidence
- Experience following up on valuations and historical data to maximise instruction opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Full driving licence
- Positive and professional attitude
- £26,000 basic salary with an OTE of £42,000
