User Researcher Contract - Paying between £300 to £350 Per Day, Outside IR35, Based in South Wales (Hybrid Working), To Start ASAP

You will play a key role in helping to understand users' needs, behaviours, and motivations through a variety of research methods. Your insights will directly inform product and service design decisions, ensuring the delivery of meaningful and user-centred experiences.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a User Researcher or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of user-centred design and research methodologies
• Experience conducting research across the product life cycle
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
