UPS Project Coordinator

This role is based at our Scarborough office, working as part of our Service division to support the coordination and successful delivery of UPS projects and contracts.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Operations Manager with the delivery of UPS product, installation and commissioning projects

Producing and controlling project documentation, including technical and commercial documentation, VDRs and SDRLs

Coordinating UPS product and battery orders in line with customer and contractual requirements

Liaising with customers and internal departments, and attending project kick-off, update, production and handover meetings

Managing materials and delivery dates to help keep projects on schedule and meet customer expectations

Coordinating despatch, invoicing and export activities, including supporting export documentation and freight arrangements
