Job Description
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Deputy Person in Charge/Team Leader on behalf of a new Disability Service based in County Laois.
This is a full time permanent post.
Salary: €50,000 per annum
Location: Portarlington, Laois
Requirements:
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Social Care Practice
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the care sector
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team - Team Leader, Shift Lead or Deputy Manager experience - desirable
- CORU registration or currently in the process of registration
- Shift pattern: 3 or 4 days per week, including every second weekend
Desirable experience:
- Experience working within Intellectual Disability services
- Experience with HIQA notifications and regulatory requirements
- Experience preparing for and managing HIQA inspections
- Experience with compliance, audits, quality improvement and service development
