Dpeuty Person in charge/Team Lead

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Deputy Person in Charge/Team Leader on behalf of a new Disability Service based in County Laois.

This is a full time permanent post.

Salary: €50,000 per annum

Location: Portarlington, Laois

Requirements:

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Social Care Practice
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the care sector
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team - Team Leader, Shift Lead or Deputy Manager experience - desirable
• CORU registration or currently in the process of registration
• Shift pattern: 3 or 4 days per week, including every second weekend

Desirable experience:

• Experience working within Intellectual Disability services
• Experience with HIQA notifications and regulatory requirements
• Experience preparing for and managing HIQA inspections
• Experience with compliance, audits, quality improvement and service development
