UK Warehouse Operations Lead Lean, Data-Driven Growth

Pattern is seeking a UK Warehouse Manager to lead our UK warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while driving efficiency and cost control. You will manage a high-performing team, oversee site P&L, and partner with pattern's planning functions to align with demand and shipping priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and extensive experience with WMS and Lean Six Sigma, with excellent English communication and analytical abilities.
