UK Ophthalmology Country Manager - Launch & Growth

Ashfield Healthcare is partnering with a biotechnology company to recruit a UK Country Manager for ophthalmology TED. The role holds full UK P&L responsibility, shapes commercial strategy, and leads launch execution and growth across the UK.

This leadership position requires an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who can build the UK organisation, engage NHS, NICE, and key stakeholders, and drive patient access. Significant experience in specialty launches and UK travel is expected.
