Cardiology Service Unit Manager: Lead Care & Performance

Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Service Unit Manager for Cardiology to lead and develop Cardiology Services across the MSE. The post holder will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor national performance targets, and drive improvements in patient care and experience within the trust.

You will work closely with senior leaders, clinical leads, and nursing heads to deliver high-quality care while achieving operational, financial and transformational goals.
