UGC Creative Strategist

Go-to Brands is a fast-growing Norwegian e-commerce group building and scaling brands across Europe through performance marketing, creative testing, and innovative products.

Our largest brand is Vessi Skincare, a Nordic skincare brand known for natural ingredients and effective formulas inspired by Nordic nature.

We're now hiring a UGC Creative Strategist to join our Meta Creative Team.

You will develop UGC concepts, write direct-response briefs, and help scale high-performing ad creatives across European markets.

Tasks

• Develop UGC concepts, hooks, and angles for paid social

• Write clear briefs for creators and UGC producers

• Research competitors and analyze winning ads

• Work closely with editors, designers, and media buyers

• Test and iterate creative concepts based on performance data

Who you are

• You have written scripts or coordinated UGC ads for Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

• You understand direct response and what makes ads convert

• You actively study ads, trends, and creative frameworks

• You are structured and comfortable managing creators remotely
