Under limited supervision, this position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Program Director and TRIO Program, with a primary focus on office management, communications, marketing, and student recruitment. This position requires a working knowledge of U.S. Department of Education TRIO legislation and regulations, as well as an understanding of Salisbury University's administrative systems and procedures.Authority and Accountability TRIO Recruitment & Retention Coordinator reports to the Program Director and supervises 2 student workers.
