Job Description
Westminster City Council is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead treasury management and pension fund governance across the three authorities. You will develop and implement treasury and investment strategies, oversee cash flow, liquidity, and risk management, and provide high level financial advice to senior colleagues and committees.
