Trauma-Informed Children's Home Manager

Sgscare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children's home in Selby, supporting young people with CSE and EBD needs. You will oversee all operations, ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, and drive toward Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

The role requires strong leadership, compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015, safeguarding excellence, budget and staff development, and a dedication to achieving excellent outcomes for young people.
