Traffic Marshall

Our client, a reputable Infrastructure and Civil Engineering Construction company based in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a skilled Traffic Marshall to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring the safe management of vehicle and pedestrian traffic around construction sites, maintaining efficient workflow, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshall, with a good understanding of site safety procedures. This position is ongoing and offers a negotiable rate, providing stability and continuity for the right candidate.

• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman is essential
• EKFB induction completed and valid
• CSCS Card holders preferred
• Full PPE (High Visibility vest, safety helmet, gloves, and boots) is mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively with site teams and drivers
• Good understanding of traffic management procedures and health & safety compliance
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
