Town Centre PSPO Enforcement Officer needed in Bolton, £15.92ph PAYE - Reference: 000A 455F / 1

• Detect, deter, and act on anti-social behaviour.
• Undertake enforcement activity to address antisocial behaviour, breaches of PSPOs, and environmental issues.
• Enforce regulations through issuing fixed penalty notices, preparing and serving notices, collating evidence, and preparing cases for legal action.
• Investigate issues of concern in detail to establish facts to support enforcement and bring cases to Court.
• Challenge inappropriate behaviour and encourage improvement through engagement, restorative practices, and relationship building, providing guidance, support, and warnings.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and follow-up actions both in a PACE notebook and other systems as required.
• Attend court as a witness when appropriate.
• Provide information to deter anti-social behaviour and promote community and individual responsibilities. Attend meetings to support promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with other services, agencies, and stakeholders. Communicate and share information with your team and support less experienced staff on operational matters.

This is a full-time temporary contract.
