Timber & Sheet Materials Field Sales Manager - South East

Job Title: External Sales Representative - Timber Products

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 plus £10,000 bonus.

Benefits: company car, healthcare, death in service and usual field sales benefits.

Area to be covered: South East - 6 vacancies.

Job responsibilities:

• External field sales position selling a range of timber products and sheet materials
• Work with tier 1, 2 & 3 contractors, sub contractors, D & B contractors, joinery contractors, small to medium sized builders, shop fitters and merchants
• After year one, generate approximately £2m in turnover
• Work out of a dedicated branch with strong internal support
• Upsell and cross sell product range where possible

Ideal applicant qualifications:

• Proven track record selling timber products
• Existing contacts within the industry and a pre existing customer base
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information
• Computer literate
