Test Analyst

We're hiring a Functional Test Analyst to support a major Customer Contact transformation project. You'll lead and execute hands on testing of a new contact centre solution, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates effectively with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional test plans, cases, and scripts
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and tech teams
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and support
• Identify and track defects, ensuring issues are resolved before go-live
• Promote quality assurance best practices across change initiatives

Essential Experience

• Proven experience in a functional testing role
• Experience supporting UAT and developing test scripts
• Confident with cloud-based or telephony testing projects
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Desirable

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365, or integrated contact solutions
• Understanding of non-functional testing (e.g. load, usability)
