We're hiring a Functional Test Analyst to support a major Customer Contact transformation project. You'll lead and execute hands on testing of a new contact centre solution, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates effectively with existing systems.

We're hiring a Functional Test Analyst to support a major Customer Contact transformation project. You'll lead and execute hands on testing of a new contact centre solution, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates effectively with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional test plans, cases, and scripts
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and tech teams
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and support
- Identify and track defects, ensuring issues are resolved before go-live
- Promote quality assurance best practices across change initiatives
- Proven experience in a functional testing role
- Experience supporting UAT and developing test scripts
- Confident with cloud-based or telephony testing projects
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365, or integrated contact solutions
- Understanding of non-functional testing (e.g. load, usability)
