The role

As a Catering Assistant, you will support the kitchen in basic food preparation and deliver excellent service to manage the lunchtime rush.

Responsibilities

• Work at the tills during service (training provided).
• Provide friendly, polite customer service to all students and staff.
• Assist the team with basic food preparation.
• Ensure a safe, clean kitchen environment and meet Health and Safety compliance.

Qualifications and skills

• Team player and thrive in a busy team.
• Previous catering or fast paced service experience.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification is an advantage but not essential.
