Temporary Office Assistant

Location: Marylebone, London

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm

Job Type: Temporary (Part-Time)

Days: Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate: £15 per hour + holiday

Duration: 4-6 weeks (TBC)

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Office Assistant to support their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within the property sector while developing valuable administrative and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing documents, letters, and property-related paperwork
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems
  • Scheduling appointments and supporting diary management
  • Providing general administrative support to the property team
  • Assisting with office organisation and day-to-day operations
