Temporary ER Advisor for Employee Relations

Allen Associates (Oxford) Ltd is seeking a Temporary ER Specialist to support a busy HR team in Oxford. This short-term role requires an immediate start and is paid weekly via PAYE, spanning approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

You will advise managers and staff on HR and employee relations matters, assist with recruitment, maintain records, and develop policy briefings. The role emphasizes strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring
