Temporary Corporate Receptionist Immediate Start

£16-18 per hour

8.00am - 5.00pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Rotating Shifts)

July 2nd Start, three-week duration

Victoria, London

Our client, a global oil and gas organisation, is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their busy front of house team on an immediate 3 week temporary assignment starting on Thursday the 2nd of July.

Please only apply for the role if you are available immediately and are available to cover the entire 3 week temporary assignment.

This role is ideal for an experienced receptionist who has previously worked within a fast paced corporate environment and is confident managing a high profile reception desk. Working as part of a team of two, you will be the face of the business, delivering an exceptional visitor experience while ensuring the smooth running of reception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and calendars.
  • Organise client lunches and catering.
  • Arrange couriers and manage deliveries.
  • Oversee visitor access and liaise with suppliers.
  • Provide switchboard cover when required.
  • Assist with office events and maintain a professional reception area.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience within a busy corporate reception environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A polished, professional, and confident approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
