8.00am - 5.00pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Rotating Shifts)
July 2nd Start, three-week duration

Our client, a global oil and gas organisation, is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their busy front of house team on an immediate 3 week temporary assignment starting on Thursday the 2nd of July.

This role is ideal for an experienced receptionist who has previously worked within a fast paced corporate environment and is confident managing a high profile reception desk. Working as part of a team of two, you will be the face of the business, delivering an exceptional visitor experience while ensuring the smooth running of reception.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage meeting room bookings and calendars.
- Organise client lunches and catering.
- Arrange couriers and manage deliveries.
- Oversee visitor access and liaise with suppliers.
- Provide switchboard cover when required.
- Assist with office events and maintain a professional reception area.
- Previous experience within a busy corporate reception environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A polished, professional, and confident approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
