Job Description
Temporary Receptionist / Office Coordinator (FOH)

West End, London

£16-£18 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join a fast-paced fintech firm based in London's West End on a temporary basis.

This role will involve supporting a busy front-of-house function and assisting with daily office coordination within a professional office of approximately 150 employees. The assignment will be for 4-6 weeks due to an internal move within the business.

We are looking for a polished, proactive, and organised individual with previous experience working within a busy corporate reception or office support role. A positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Support the Office Manager with general office coordination
  • Set up and organise meeting rooms
  • Maintain reception and communal areas to a high standard
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and office support duties
