Infinite Talent has partnered with a luxury retailer to recruit for a Technology Project Manager on a permanent basis. This crucial role will ensure that HR technology platforms are optimised, embedded and utilised to deliver business value. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives-from demand intake to prioritisation to delivery, training and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in aligning technology with business needs, driving operations efficiency and enhancing colleague experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives from demand intake, prioritisation, delivery, training and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience and confidence using SuccessFactors
• Prior people management experience (minimum of one direct report, plus occasional consultants)
• A strong blend of account management and technical skills
• Willingness to be hands-on (e.g., debugging, testing, design)
