Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end projects, from creative brief through build, installation, and client sign-off.
• Collaborate closely with designers, technicians, and creative teams to realise ambitious ideas.
• Manage on-site production, handling logistics, safety, and last-minute challenges with calm efficiency.
• Champion innovation & sustainability, finding smarter, greener ways to create impact.

You need to be experienced in live events, theatre and immersive contexts with a strong production management background. You should be detail-focused, adaptable, a confident communicator, and able to build trust with clients, creatives, and crews.
