Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician

Salary: £33,000 (OTE £35,000)

Job Location: Chesterfield


About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Motor Vehicle Technician to join one of the UK's fastest growing motor groups. This is an unrivalled opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to contribute to a forward-thinking, innovative business.

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and road ready. Working across a variety of manufacturers and models, you'll take ownership of each job and ensure work is completed to the highest standard.

This dealership is proud to be a leader in Electric Vehicle (EV) training, offering you access to in-house and manufacturer training to further your skills and career, especially within EV technology. You'll be based in a state-of-the-art workshop and receive full development support to reach your full potential.


What you will do:

  • Service, repair, and maintain vehicles to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction by completing all work with care and precision
  • Actively engage in training and development opportunities, particularly within EV technology
  • Maintain a clean, professional working environment


Who you are:

  • A qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with relevant certifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Committed to delivering exceptional workmanship
  • Open to learning and developing new skills, especially in Electric Vehicles
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
