QA Consultant

As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, we are currently looking for a QA Consultant with proven experience in aseptic processes.

Please note: Although the primary location for this role is Madrid, for approximately the first 6 months the selected candidate will be required to work 100% on-site in La Almunia de Doña Godina.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the implementation and alignment of aseptic practices with corporate/global standards
• Assess and interpret global SOPs to ensure local compliance
• Coordinate and monitor activities assigned to internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Lead and facilitate project team meetings, ensuring task progression and alignment
• Contribute to key deliverables, including: SOP reviews and updates/Risk Assessments
• Act as the main liaison for collecting and organizing all project-related data (e.g., actions, assessments, pending tasks)
• Ensure clear project documentation and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and next steps

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA support within aseptic/sterile manufacturing environments
• Previous experience in QA or compliance roles, including deviation management, CAPA, and documentation review
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines
• Knowledge of global quality standards and regulatory expectations
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Fluency in Spanish and good command of English
