About Our Client
A UK-based industrial group is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead and develop commercial sales functions across three distinct business units. Each subsidiary targets different markets, offering cross-business synergies and diversified revenue streams.
This strategic and hands-on role focuses on driving business growth, expanding market presence (especially across Europe and Rest of World), launching new products, and overseeing compact, agile sales teams with a strong business development orientation.
You will be responsible for selling engineered metallic fibres and composite industrial components growing market share!
Job Description
Lead overall commercial strategy and sales execution across all business units.
Monitor global market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive positioning.
Drive new product introductions and accelerate sales growth.
Support and develop small internal sales teams and administrators.
Guide product development and market launch strategies.
Develop and maintain key customer relationships and strategic accounts.
Define sales objectives, manage performance, and report on KPIs.
Coordinate with technical and production teams to align commercial goals with operational capabilities.
Maintain alignment with global group partners for knowledge sharing and strategic consistency.
Drive inter-business collaboration to realise commercial synergies and revenue generation.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated success in driving growth within a technical or industrial sector.
Proven leadership in a commercial role within an SME manufacturing environment.
Strong international B2B sales background; B2C experience is a plus.
Expertise in pricing strategy, sales planning, and product commercialisation.
Ability to navigate between technical and commercial functions seamlessly.
Strategic mindset with an action-oriented approach to execution.
Skilled in managing cross-functional, multi-brand teams.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organisational capabilities.
Additional language skills are beneficial.
