They are now on the lookout for a highly ambitious and self-motivated Technical Sales Manager to join their successful UK sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
  • Engage with commercial and industrial facilities, including government buildings, hospitals, schools, etc.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your designated territory
  • Increase turnover from accounts with reduced spending
  • Achieve operational targets, budgets, and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Experience in field/area sales within a B2B environment
  • Proven track record in new business development
  • Construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience managing a large territory
  • Proficiency in cold calling to maintain a robust pipeline
  • Strong ability to identify and engage with prospective clients
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills
  • A strong "will to win" attitude
