About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our multidisciplinary project teams. From initial concept to final delivery, you'll ensure every milestone is met - on time and within budget-while delivering breakthrough solutions to our clients.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams with clear planning and motivating milestones.
• Manage project execution from start to finish while ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Own the day-to-day coordination of our client-facing sensing system projects.
• Monitor progress, report project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed: get hands-on with customer-specific hardware configuration and delivery.
• Explore commercialization potential and support sales in identifying new opportunities.

What You Bring

You're a natural leader with a structured mindset and the flexibility to adapt. You thrive in a high-tech, entrepreneurial environment and bring:

• A degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences (WO or HBO).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial client projects in a technical or R&D-driven environment.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies (WBS, IMS, scope control, budgeting, quality standards).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to translate complexity into clarity-while keeping teams focused and energized.
• A proactive, hands-on approach-ready to dive in when challenges arise.
• Living in the Netherlands and available to work from Alkmaar (hybrid setup).
