Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Lisbon, Portugal. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about GAIMIN's services, and identifying sales opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and participating in sales training sessions. The Telesales Representative will also handle customer inquiries and support requests to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in providing Training sessions is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
