As a Technical Operator, you will be working on high-speed production and packaging machinery, gaining extensive training to develop your mechanical maintenance skills and progress towards fully qualified engineer level. Sector - FMCG Non-Negotiable Requirements of "Technical Operator"

Basic operator experience
Comfortable working at heights (including climbing 20m cranes)
Basic computer skills

Essential Requirements of "Technical Operator"

Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience
Strong attitude towards safety and team working
Keen to learn, develop and progress within engineering

Desirable Requirements of "Technical Operator"

Previous experience within FMCG or food manufacturing
Experience working on conveyors, packaging machinery, pumps, motors or automated lines
Ex-Forces engineering background (Army/RAF/Navy)
Engineering qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
