Salary - £31,500 + Overtime + BonusShift - Days & Nights (Panama/Continentals)

As a Technical Operator, you will be working on high-speed production and packaging machinery, gaining extensive training to develop your mechanical maintenance skills and progress towards fully qualified engineer level. Sector - FMCG Non-Negotiable Requirements of "Technical Operator"

  • Basic operator experience

  • Comfortable working at heights (including climbing 20m cranes)

  • Basic computer skills

Essential Requirements of "Technical Operator"

  • Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience

  • Strong attitude towards safety and team working

  • Keen to learn, develop and progress within engineering

Desirable Requirements of "Technical Operator"

  • Previous experience within FMCG or food manufacturing

  • Experience working on conveyors, packaging machinery, pumps, motors or automated lines

  • Ex-Forces engineering background (Army/RAF/Navy)

  • Engineering qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
