Team Leader, Social Care (CNM1) - Flexible Rosters

Corlann - West Region is seeking a permanent full-time Team Leader (CNM1 / Social Care Leader) to oversee services at CAISLEAN SERVICES ORANMORE/RENMORE CO. GALWAY.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure person-centred planning and line up with national standards to deliver a high-quality service. The role requires a relevant social care/health qualification, CORU/NMBI registration, and experience in managing staff within intellectual disability services.
