As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providinghigh-quality, child-centred carewithin a residential setting
• Implementingindividual care plansto support emotional, social, and educational development
• Promoting asafe and supportive environmentin line with HIQA standards and safeguarding legislation
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensureholistic care
• Supporting children in developinglife skills, confidence, and resilience
• Engaging inreflective practice, training, and continuous professional development

• ALevel 7 or Level 8 qualificationin Social Care, Youth Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• A genuine commitment to supportingchildren under 12 in care
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Knowledge ofHIQA standards, child protection, and safeguarding practices
• The ability to work effectively with children fromdiverse backgrounds and experiences

• €39,936 (0-2 years' experience)
• €42,432 (2+ years' experience)
