Team Leader, Disability Services - CNM1/Social Care Lead

OASIS Group is looking for 2 permanent full-time Team Leaders (CNM1/Social Care Leader) for the Cruachan Services area, covering Strokestown, Elphin, Tulsk, Ballinagare, and Ballaghaderreen. The Team Leaders will provide leadership, manage staff, and ensure service delivery according to national standards.

Qualified candidates will have relevant nursing qualifications or Social Care registration. A commitment to community integration and experience with individuals with disabilities is essential. Flexibility in working hours is required.
